Yesterday afternoon’s low “King Tide” was pretty impressive, too, especially in contrast with the dramatic high tide that morning. There will be minus tides today in Monterey (-1.57 at 5:28 p.m.) and Saturday (-1.28 at 6:16 p.m.) — perfect for late afternoon tidepooling. Will you make it down to the shore?
