We were overjoyed to hear that eight-year-old Molly Hall earned the title of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ California Champion. As you can see here, she’s a previous (and happy) participant in our Days of Discovery scuba program! Learn more about Molly and the award.

If you were here last weekend, you may have seen one of the most amazing events we host all year: Days of Discovery, where kids with special needs get a chance to dive in our Great Tide Pool. Tell us: where do YOU find inspiration at the Aquarium?

Watch the YouTube video.

Days of Discovery take place at the Aquarium July 6, 7, and 8! Young people with disabilities put on modified scuba gear and, with the aid of our certified dive staff, encounter sea creatures in the Great Tide Pool. We provide free access for participants and families! Check it out if you visit or view this great video from 2011.
