Here’s how: Download the image to your desktop (right-click on a PC, or command-click on a MAC). Mouse-over the lower right corner of your current Facebook cover image. Select “Change Cover.” From the drop-down, select “Upload Photo.” Select the photo from your desktop, and reposition as necessary.
